RAMCO Electronics / RAMCO Solar, Ramco Tower, Nadackavu, Mavelikara, uses information provided through enquiries, quotations, service requests and authorised business-account integrations to respond to customers and manage sales, installations and support. Information we use and share

We use names, phone numbers, email addresses, locations, requirements, enquiry messages and advertisement or form source details when provided. Customer records may also include quotations, payments, project and service documents. Staff may provide attendance locations and work photos. Facebook/Instagram lead information is accessed only through authorised integrations; WhatsApp enquiries may be imported from supported exports.

Information supports enquiries, appointments, installations, payments and customer service. Marketing must respect opt-ins and opt-outs. Authorised staff and service providers such as Wix, Meta and hosting providers process relevant information to operate these services. Their own privacy policies also apply. Website cookies and technical logs may support security and functionality.

Data deletion, correction and marketing choices

To request access, correction or deletion of your RAMCO CRM or Meta enquiry data, email ramcoelectronics@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion request. Include your name, the phone number or email used for the enquiry and the records you want reviewed. Do not send passwords, OTPs or identity documents in your first message. You may also call +91 8893098800. We will verify the request using appropriate contact details, review the records and confirm the outcome.

You can withdraw marketing consent through the same contact channels. Records needed for accounting, an ongoing service, security or other applicable obligations may need to be retained; we will explain any limits that apply to your request. Removing an app in Facebook removes its future access but does not itself delete records already held by RAMCO. Requests concerning information held by Meta must also be directed to Meta.

CRM access is restricted to authorised roles. Information is kept as needed for the stated purposes and applicable obligations; backups may persist until replaced. Our services are intended for customers and staff, not for children. Contact us if information was supplied by a child or entered in error. Policy changes will be posted here.
